Stephan Wood Products is unique in our field because we offer a wide variety of products. Because of our history with the US military, we can offer robust composite decking services to residential customers, hardwood, and a paint line that will handle any part up to 4-feet by 14-feet (4’ x 14’) specifically made for our paint. In addition to Mil-Spec paints, we can provide CARC in any color and pigment our composite material.
With two hot plate bending machines, our services include bending wooden bows that support the vinyl or canvas on military trucks and other applications. As for the future, our services will lean more on our CAD department and our access to complete first article testing.
We run dimension lumber faster, and longer, by having our carbide tools sent out for sharpening. It’s definitely an area we’d like to expand on.
